What a whirlwind your first year as an LSA has been!

You arrived as a fresh faced young person embarking on the start of a new career with next to no experience, fast forward a year you are one of the most consistent and strongest LSA’s I have had the pleasure to work with.

Each day you check that everyone is OK, and begin your work with professionalism and a smile.

You should be proud of how far you have come in the short space of a year!

This job is not easy, it takes resilience, determination and dedication.

I am excited to watch how you grow in whatever role you may take next.
