Dear Michelle Gould,

There are not enough words in the world to thank you for all that you do. You are firm but fair, have a great sense of fun and are amazing with the most challenging of pupils.

My desk is tidy because of you and I never have to worry about doing a classroom audit as you have it all in hand.

Although the pupils lovingly call you ‘Cruella’, we all know it’s a paradox, your beautiful personality makes you one of a kind.

You are not only a wonderful assistant but a truly loyal friend.
