TAs make or break a class. A good TA that knows the children and can help those that need a little extra help while the teacher holds the room together adds something special and makes the school feel more like a community. TAs deserve better pay and recognition for what they bring to the classroom. I’m appalled at how some schools and heads have treated their TAs and this needs to change.
