I think as someone who has taught its clear when you have strong TAs in your class, anyone can be an extra adult in the room but being a good TA is not an easy job. I want to thank all the TAs (we call them TSAs here at MK college) for all they do for our learners – the tact, the adjustments to meet need, the care and the support given is what has made us have a successful calendar year when we consider our SEND provision – thank you so much
