My TA, Jez is the most fantastic person! He is gentle, kind, caring and fun, our class adore him as do the other pupils in the school. He is pro-active and gets jobs done so quickly and efficiently, on completely the same wave-length as me. We have only just started working together and I am really looking forward to the year ahead collaborating with him with ideas to make the learning inspiring and fun for our class. I also believe that having a male TA in KS1 is such a positive role model for the children, especially for our boy heavy class!
