On National Teaching Assistants’ Day, the entire staff team at RCS would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all of our Learning Support Assistants and SEN team members.

Every single day, your dedication, patience, and unwavering support makes a difference in the lives of our SEN students. Because of your hard work, our students are not just getting by, they are thriving, enjoying their time at school, and building the confidence to succeed.

Seeing our young people achieve their goals and successfully transition into their Post-16 options of choice is a true testament to the incredible foundation you help build for them. We are immensely proud of the work you do, and we are so grateful to have such a passionate team alongside us.

Thank you for everything you do for our students and our school!
